Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature and usage of the accessories, there will be no return nor refund.

Payments:

We accept Cash on Delivery for our customers in Kuwait.

for International customers: Paypal and credit card payments are accepted.

Domestic Delivery (within Kuwait):

Delivery is within 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery charges for our customers in Kuwait are fixed amount (not based on the weight of your purchase) and it varies from 2 – 3 KWD (except for Om Al Hayman and Sabah Al Ahmad).

International Shipping:

We ship with DHL for all Middle East and GCC countries, We also ship to UK, USA and European countries with DHL, it is fast and reliable and you can track your shipment online, and will deliver your purchase to your doorstep.
